Cinnamon/buff all over

What is this buff/cinnamon bird about the size of a robin that visited my water fountain on 4 Aug 2015? It appeared to have no obvious markings above or below other than some light shadings. The breast did not have dark bold spots but may have some lighter spots. The eye was dark/black and the beak was rather long and pointed. The tail was long with a slight clip in the middle and possible dark bands. Legs seemed to be the same shade as the body.

    It is grey with a long beak and a white ring around it's neck. The bird is about the size of a dove and I live in Florida near the Georgia line.
