Cannot find this bird

One morning I noticed two birds pecking at the food I had scattered on the ground. They had bright sky blue heads, back and tail. The belly was bright yellow with a rusty band at the top. The wingsbars were black, and yellow or white. They were amazing! Have not seen them since...much have been making a pit stop on their way to somewhere. Anybody know what they are?

I did find the bird you just sent me but was not sure if I was right. It is not often I see anything so exotic in this part of the country. Could be since I just started bird feeding I am more in tune. I am really enjoying it. My family thinks I am nuts. If I can get through one converstion without mentioning my birds, they clap!
