Can you help me identify this bird?

Unidentified Bird in Northern Minnesota

Unidentified Bird in Northern Minnesota

This bird came to my feeder in north central Minnesota. It was really had to get a picture as it was always moving, but I did manage to get this photo through the window. It was just slightly smaller than a Bluejay, very dark with a lot of speckling and striping around the eye. Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated.
