Brown birds with yellow bellies

by Des Martin
(ON, Canada)

I saw them at the end of last summer, on the train tracks in the back of where I live in ON Canada. There were so many of them!!!!!!! They all flew together, jumping around from tree to tree (flying in a gliding wavy like manner)and when they flew above me that's when I noticed the yellow - it looked yellow under the wings too from what I remember. They were landing on sides of fences that had overgrowing grass (like when something hasn't been touched in a long time) and they would trickle down - it was almost as if they were eating insects???? I was there for about at least 10 minutes, they were so loud but it was nice and all of a sudden all of them at the same time flew away - all you could hear were the wings and then they were gone and it was total silence.....I'm dying to know what kind it was!
