Blue Bird Help

by Dave
(Rineyville, Ky)

I will take a photo in the next day or two. I need help identifying a blue bird. It is about the size of a finch. It has a black beak approximately 1 inch in length and it is rounded at the end. It has black and white checkering on it's wings. This bird will let us get within a few feet before it flies out of reach. We thought maybe it was a domesticated bird someone lost. I am in the Rineyville, KY area.
