Black and white with yellow beak

This morning we had two very vocal, unique singing, birds that we have not seen or heard before. They were both medium size, black and white colors running vertical down their bodies with bright yellow beaks.

Sounds like a Yellow Billed Magpie. We have a lot of them a little farther north around Sacramento.
