ADVICE FOR STARTING BIRD CLUB
by: LINDA MYERS

YOU LIVE IN A WONDERFUL AREA OF TEXAS FOR BIRDING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT THE TEXAS ORNITHOLOGICAL SOCIETY. THEIR MEMBERSHIP CAN BE VERY USEFUL TO YOU GIVING INFORMATION AND SUPPORT TO YOUR ENDEAVOR. ALSO IF YOU ARE ABLE TO VISIT A CLUB NOT FAR FROM YOU SUCH AS SAN ANTONIO OR DEL RIO AGAIN TO MEET PEOPLE FOR SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND TO EXPERIENCE AN ONGOING GROUP MEETING AND/OR OUTING.

BEST OF LUCK.
