bird watcher Olivia

by Olivia Archibald
(Olympia WA)

Light blue on head and wings with white belly and long black streak over eye. (not a blue jay or Steller jay)

Seen in the front yard of a house in Olympia, WA. I've never seen a bird like this before.

Maybe the size of a robin or slightly smaller.

I'd love to know what I saw!
