Bird Unknown

by Peter Shepard
(Indianapolis, IN)

Of all the birds that frequent our backyard feeders this one has us stumped. Only one shows up at a time and it's possibly the same bird. We've not heard a song yet. The bird frequents our suet feeder most often but has been seen at the seed cake feeder. Our location is Indianapolis, IN. It is in a residential neighborhood and offers both open and wooded areas.

That is a beautiful Florida Mockingbird, one of the finest singers.
