I make something very similar but without the flour. I just put enough corn meal and oats to soak up the peanut butter and add sunflower chips. I freeze it in those plastic containers that lunch meat comes in and put it out in those mesh bags that oranges come in. The bluebirds practically raise their babies on it. Chickadees, nuthatches, downy woodpeckers, mockingbirds, bluebirds, rosy finches, and many more love these.
