Bird of prey

All grey looked like it was wearing a helmet. In tree at the edge of forest /swamp Puslinch edge of 401 township. Medium size not as bifg as a hawk. Looked sleek not bulky.? Falcon? No picture sad to say.

If the helmet looks like its just on the top of its head its probably a Coopers Hawk. If the helmet covers top of head and back of neck its probably a Sharpie
