Mystery bird on East coast of Oahu

This bird appeared on my camera card without me noticing, as I was still focusing on the Red-headed Cardinal that was just perched on the same chair.

Does anyone know what this is?

Is the dark reddish brown mass the birds bill? I've been looking online and can't find anything but it definitely tropical. I'm sure you knew that though. I'm from Oregon so I'm not familiar wth tropical birds

    It is grey with a long beak and a white ring around it's neck. The bird is about the size of a dove and I live in Florida near the Georgia line.
