Bird in Cleveland area, Ohio

This bird is very, very large and has been hanging around my yard the last couple of days. I've been keeping a close eye on my 25-pound dog. Anyone know what it is? Thanks!

    Small dusky or dark gray bird, 3 to 4 inches, with a fan shaped tail. The tail had 2 yellow triangle markings, which were about 3/4 to 1 inch each.
