Can you help identify this bird? Is quite aggressive and is nibbling at our tomatoes and blueberries, located in Louisiana.

I might be wrong, but my first thought is a Mockingbird... they are not afraid of anything and sing a lot, even in the middle of the night... google some on line pics and see if this bird matches... if the wings were more spread I could confirm, they have distinct markings on their wings.
