big tan and white bird with red feet

I walk outside and it was every calm and it allowed me to touch it and it came up to me and pecked at me foot and it has stayed here for about 1 hour now and is sleeping so I was wondering if you can help me find out what it is?

It is a big bird with a tan/reddish brown chest and the rest of it is white. The tail is about a 1/4 of the lenght and fans out

This is probably a racing pigeon, and that's why it was so tame.

The.bird in your pictures looks like a brown and white pigeon.

If you google brown and white pigeon there are images of birds very similar to this one.
