Backyard Bird in the Seattle area I have not seen before

The bird has a cream white breast with orange sides, the wings were dark and speckled with white. It had a dark head, it was about the same size as a large Robin redbreast. It's February - is it migrating?

    It is grey with a long beak and a white ring around it's neck. The bird is about the size of a dove and I live in Florida near the Georgia line.
