Baby bird

Someone found a fallen nest, with only this one survivor. The bird is now with a wildlife rehabilitator since unfortunately it went through so many hands and no one could pin point where it had fallen from to be returned. Does anyone know what type of bird this may be? The rehabilitator said maybe a type of finch. Any thoughts?
