From looking at bird books to find out about the birds I am seeing out in my backyard, that bird is a tufted titmouse. I'm not an expert, but that is my best guess.

This bird is,indeed, a tutesd titmouse. It appears to be the same as the ones that are here in Mississippi. My backyard is a gathering place for these birds. They raised a brood last year so are skitting around everywhere.

You have A GREAT PHOTO OF THIS ONE. THEY ARE FUN TO WATCH AND HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO TAKE HAIR FROM A PET TO LINE THEIR NEST.

This is a Tufted Titmouse. You may have more of a variant there to be more specific, I'm from the west coast so I'm not familiar.
