Seen in SE Texas. His belly was almost a lime green colour.Sorry the pics aren't better!

He was definitely more black than what I see in the pics of a Peewee , and we don't get them in Tx! Thanks for the suggestion though.

Hi, Sure looks like a Western Wood-Pewee to me. They can look quite greenish on the lower belly.
