A Sweet Treat

3/4 cup baby food porridge
1 tablespoon of sugar
Hot water to dissolve

Mix all together until dissolved, the birds love this recipe, especially parrots. Make sure the consistency is not to runny but not thick either.
You can also add some plain sweet biscuits and crush it up in this as well.
