A pileated Woodpecker I've never seen before

When deer hunting today in my woods in Columbia County, WI, I saw a woodpecker I had never seen before. It was very large...larger than crow, and was black with red on top of its head. I watched it all morning with enjoyment...when I came home to look it up on the internet I discovered what a treat I had to enjoy seeing such a bird.
