A pair of Northern Flickers have visited my bird feeders several times in the 30 days.


I now plan to build a house for them.

Oh My
I love Northern Flickers, they are on my lawn
from spring to fall everyday eating a lot of ants
and I have counted quite a few at a time.

They get rid of all the extra ants, we have very
sandy soil. I love their markings! Beautiful bird.

    A relative went to HB class. They found it is safe and more effective to use 2 water to 1 sugar. I use 4 cups of boiling water into 2 cups sugar.
