Mourning Doves

I have catered to mourning doves for the past three years and though they eat from your feeders, they normally feed from the ground. As to the mating process, once they find a place to build their nests, they will use the same nests for the entire season and probably use the same location in the upcoming years. Mine have produced three broods a season but this is the second year they rebuilt in the same location. ( I tore their old nest down). They are amazing and once they trust you, you can walk directly to their nests and they will not move. Have fun and enjoy the gift of Gods creation.
