6" brown bird with forked tail

North Georgia mountains, new bird nesting under eve of our house. Lighter underside, yellow beak, makes distinct chiurp, "CH IP" has a mate of same discription. What is it?

I,m glad you identified your birds. if you don,t get too close to their nest, they become quite used to you. they like water, the low spot in front of my house in the gutter is fine for mine, i flush it out every so often to get rid of street grime. happy watching!

Identified brown bird NEW

Thank you for posting my inquiry. I have identified the brown birds nesting in the eve above my deck. They are eastern Pheobes! It looks like they are feeding nestlings and thankfully catching lots of mosquitos.
